Dave brings fifteen plus years Real Estate experience to the table and over 30 years in the Winters area!
Being born and raised in a town of 300 has truly made Dave appreciate the atmosphere of a small town. Growing up in Tulare County, Dave has acquired a vast knowledge in all aspects of farming and agriculture. His work with various developers has given him extensive residential expertise. Dave and his wife, Nanci, moved to Winters in 1980 and raised their two children, Adam and Ashlee, in the Winters School District. Dave is also the proud papa of his first granddaughter, Kayden. Dave has been very active in the community participating in Winters Little League and Winters Chamber of Commerce. Dave also enjoys assisting his wife with the Yolo County Elderly Nutrition Program by delivering meals to the elderly. He is proud to have served as past President of the Winters Rotary Club. Some of his hobbies include skiing, hunting, boating, golfing, and spending time with his family. Dave’s enthusiasm and integrity toward his clients has guided him successfully in the real estate business.
